Therapy for Burnout in Minnesota

Passed the sniff test.

Your coffee just isn’t cutting it anymore…even though there’s about 15 shots of espresso in that thing. Whoa!

But how else are you supposed to get through the back to back day, the list of to-do’s sitting by your computer, and then don’t forget that list of to-do’s that’s waiting at home for you…

Your brain is fuzzy and bogged down. Your clothes barely got the wrinkles out (actually they might be from yesterday because they did pass the sniff test).

You’re already thinking about a glass of wine at the end of the day to soothe all the overwhelm and anxiousness that’s sitting on your chest

The burnout you’ve been feeling is obvious as you start your day with the last bit of gas in your tank. It wasn’t supposed to feel this way when you think back to starting your career.

You didn’t realize it was going to feel like you were drowning, like you can’t keep up, and like everything is getting a mediocre C+ of your attention and time.

And yet you don’t even know where to start to get some relief, to get some gas back in the tank, and to say goodbye to the burnout.

You actually grabbed a clean shirt?!

Even though you might not know how to say “Goodbye” to the burnout…

…try and just imagine what it would feel like to have some ease with your day, to feel like your to-do lists were a piece of cake, and there wasn’t a 600 lb gorilla sitting on your chest.

Imagine waking up and having maybe just 2 shots of espresso in your drink, right?! And maybe you're slowly getting ready for the day and actually grabbed a clean shirt, ate breakfast, and are jamming to your favorite song before you start your day.

What if your day actually felt manageable? What?!

Heck. Your day even has 30 extra minutes in there for a walk, a meditation…watching funny animal videos on YouTube.

Your day has a flow that just feels easier and like you can actually breathe.

And that tank is now ¾ full instead of running on empty. Somehow you filled it up and you’re thinking like some sort of badass magic had to happen to get here…

But it wasn’t magic.

It was just some totally fantastic, not-so-scary, even humorous at times, counseling sessions with me. That also included some expert healing, techniques, and digging into how to transform your day-to-day.

Just think of that overflowing closet that most of us have in our house. The one where we throw all the random sh*t into.

The junk closet.

You and I are going to open that closet, (the closet is your feelings of burnout just fyi) and we are going to start sifting, throwing, organizing, and creating space.

It’s going to feel SO GOOD. Trust me.

And I know just how to make this happen for you

Go from burnt out to feeling refreshed and thriving.
